    Wang Ju, Luo Min
    2008, 29(1): 14-20 .
    Abstract ( 1879 )   PDF (943KB) ( 2694 )
Cooperative innovation is the most important strategic choicefor enterprises in the knowledgeeconomy. As the critical factor for innovation, the Absorptive Capacity (AC) serves a point of penetration for the researches of cooperative innovation. The present literatures about AC ignore the inter-organizationalrelationships and limit the further exploration of cooperative innovation. The relational dimension is added into the classical concept of AC and enhanced it into the dyadic relationship based AC-Relational Absorptive Capacity (RAC) . Through model and simulation of the innovation process, the critical role of RAC in cooperative innovation is revealed, and further more, the driving and supporting mechanisms for the realization of cooperative innovation are explored. . 20 Refs In Chinese

    Abstract ( 1836 )   PDF (1249KB) ( 2327 )
The developed countries, such as UK and USA, have become the powerful countries in the world trade through the innovation. In recent years, technology has developed quickly and become the pioneer of the international trade, which has changed the pattern and specification of the international trade. By use of the panel data method, the effect of innovation on the exportin different countries, i.e. China, USA, UK, Germany, Canada, France, and Japan is comparatively studied. It is proved that Chinese effect is weaker than the developed countries. Also, the conclusion can be drawn that in order to make China a powerful country in the world trade, the trade stratagem should be promoted by the technology, for example, transformation of scientific and technological achievements into the industries and the traditional industries upgrade through hi-tech. . 15 Refs In Chinese

In the course of knowledge transfer and globe learning of Multi-National Corporations(MNCs), it is found that two types of government relation co-exist between knowledge-sender and knowledge-receiver. An analysis on MNCs Chinese subsidiaries has been taken. There is a significant differentabout efficiency, secondarytransfer actions, and informal transfer actions between hierarchy and alliance. After comparing mean of efficiency, a conclusion, that hierarchy of inter-organizations within MNCs will promote knowledge transfer rather than alliance, can be got. Thus internalization theory of MNCs is proved in the field of knowledge transfer. . 22 Refs In Chinese

    Abstract ( 1859 )   PDF (921KB) ( 2303 )
The hot topics in the business incubator research at home and abroad are systematically reviewed using the methods of induction and analogue. On this basis, the following conclusions are proposed. Business incubators have three major characteristics: green house, nurse, and consultant; From the most beneficial perspective for the management, business incubators can be most properly classified into professional, comprehensive and virtual incubators. Business incubators are run by three types of bodies, namely, government, corporations, universities and research institutions; and according their running types, outlays should come from three sources, that is full appropriation, balance appropriation, self-controlled revenue and expenditure; business incubators’ running effect can be assessed from multiple perspectives, in general, there are three key indexes: the growing ability of enterprises on the incubation, the efficiency of the technology transfer, and the graduation rate of enterprises on the incubation. The research on the business incubator in foreign countries has switched from the concept and mechanism to the exploration on individual cases. The domestic research basically stays in the level of introducing and analyzing foreign materials and experience, lacks the systematic exploration results of business incubators’ development mechanism and the attention to policies promoting the business incubator development. . 39 Refs In Chinese
