The study on organizational immunity-based enterprise adaptation

Abstract: The organizational adaptation is studied from the organizational immunity-based perspective, which is borrowed from the knowledge of biology and medicine. Dimensions of organizational immunity-based behavior have been explored on the basis of the definition and mechanism of organizational immunity, which include organizational recognition, organizational defense, and organizational memory. A scale has been developed to measure the factors of organizational immunity-based behavior. The directions have been suggested for the future study and managerial implications also have been discussed. 38 Refs In Chinese
