Founded in 1980, Science Research Management, is not only an academic journal issued publicly both at home and abroad, but also an A-level important management science journal selected and recognized by the Management Science Department of the National Natural Science Foundation of China.

The purpose of Science Research Management is to encourage interdisciplinary integration of different management fields through combination of theory and practice, publicize national macro development strategies and policies, introduce frontier development of international management theories and methods, promote the research on strategies, policies and management issues faced in the establishment of the national innovation system of China, and enhance academic exchanges and cooperation in the fields of S&T strategies, policies, management and evaluation at home and abroad.
