1. Scope of submissions: Science Research Management publishes original academic papers in the fields of innovation and development, including but not limited to the following areas: management theories and methods, technological innovation theories and practices, innovation and development performance evaluation, national innovation strategies and policies, industrial innovation strategies and policies, regional innovation policies and management, corporate innovation strategies and management, S&T innovation and management in university, S&T innovation and management in science research organization, S&T talent management and policies, intellectual property research, et al, as well as other academic and practical frontiers..
2. Manuscript should be innovative in thought, precise in concept, clear in viewpoint, reliable in argumentation, clear in charts and graphs, accurate in data, and correct in formulas. The content of the submission must not disclose state secrets, commercial secrets, or personal privacy.
3. The content of the manuscript should be limited to a maximum of 14,000 words (in Chinese), and should include both Chinese and English titles; Chinese and English abstracts; Chinese and English keywords; Chinese Library Classification; and two decimal places after the decimal point. Three-level headings ‘1, 1.1, 1.1.1’ are used in the manuscript. The serial numbers of headings are assigned according to the hierarchy: ‘1’ for the first level, ‘1.1’ for the second level, and ‘1.1.1’ for the third level.
4. References shall be numbered consecutively in the order they appear in the paper, identified with codes, and sequentially marked in the upper right corner of the citations in the article. Chinese references should have corresponding English translations.
The citation format is: Author's Last Name, First Initial. Title [Document Type Identifier]. Journal Title, Year of Publication, Volume (Issue): Page Number

5. When registering the system, please indicate the real names and contact information (including detailed address, postal code, contact phone number, and email) of all authors. After the submission is successfully received, an email notification will be sent to all authors.
6. If the research work of the paper is supported by a scientific research fund project at or above the provincial or ministerial level, please indicate the name of the fund, the project number, and the start and end dates.
7. This journal reserves the right to delete, modify, or request additional information from the author in case of any proposed manuscript. Once the manuscript is submitted through the system, no additional or replacement of authors or institutions is allowed, nor is the addition or replacement of project funds. Once the manuscript is accepted, a remuneration will be paid and a complimentary copy of the current issue will be provided.
8. Multiple submission of the same manuscript is strictly prohibited; the duplication rate of the article, including content quoted from the author's own previously published papers, must be controlled within 10%.
9. Science Research Management has already experimented with data openness and sharing. All accepted manuscripts are required to upload the relevant data of the article to the Scientific Data Bank (https://scidb.cn/c/kygl) as per the requirements.
10. The submission website is: https://www.kygl.net.cn. Register, fill in the author information, and upload the anonymous manuscript (in Word format). If the submission does not meet the requirements, the manuscript will be returned.
