Since 2021, Scientific Research Management has adopted an open-access policy for journal articles. All articles will be immediately and permanently available on the journal’s website for readers to read and download free of charge upon publication. Readers may use, reproduce, and distribute these articles in accordance with the CC BY-NC 4.0 license agreement.
Licensing Policy
Scientific Research Management is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution (BY)-Non Commercial (NC) 4.0 license (abbreviated as CC BY-NC 4.0), which permits third-party users to reproduce, distribute, and disseminate articles from this journal in any medium and in any form. However, you must comply with the following terms: (1) Attribution: You must provide appropriate attribution, include a link to this license agreement, and indicate whether any modifications have been made to the original article. You may attribute in any reasonable manner, but you may not imply in any way that the journal or its authors endorse you or your use of the work. (2) Noncommercial Use: You may not use this work for commercial purposes. Commercial use refers to any use whose primary purpose is to gain commercial advantage or monetary compensation. (3) No Additional Restrictions: You may not impose legal terms or technical measures that would restrict others from doing what the license permits.

Copyright Policy
After the manuscript is accepted by this journal, all authors must sign the “Copyright Transfer Agreement,” transferring to the editorial office of “Research Management” all rights related to the publication of the manuscript (including, but not limited to, the rights to reproduce, distribute, transmit via information networks, translate, and compile both in print and electronic formats). However, authors retain the right to permit third parties to share their articles under a Creative Commons license (e.g., by depositing them in institutional repositories). At the same time, authors may also use the article for other academic (non-commercial) purposes.
Authors are required to upload the electronic version of the “Copyright Transfer Agreement” to the journal’s website or send it via email to the editorial office. The “Copyright Transfer Agreement” must be signed by all authors and stamped by the institution of the first author or the corresponding author. The “Copyright Transfer Agreement” can be downloaded from the “Download Center” on this journal’s website.
Storage Policy
All articles published in Scientific Research Management after 2021 have been fully archived with full-text data on the journal’s official website, and readers can access and download them free of charge.
Authors may store all versions of their articles in an institutional or other knowledge repository of their own choosing, provided that they clearly indicate in the repository that their article was originally published in Research Management.
Publication costs
To ensure the regular publication of the journal, “Research Management” charges page fees, which are paid by the authors themselves, their affiliated institutions, or funding agencies supporting the research projects.
Fee Standards: After a submitted article passes the final review, a page fee will be charged. The page fee is RMB 6,000 per article. Currently, this journal does not charge any manuscript review fees.
