Innovation dilemma: the endowment effect of corporate entrepreneurship

Abstract: Corporate entrepreneurship is a good juncture to renew the vitality for existing firms. How do pclicy-nlakers make decisions under the conditions of Opportunity Substitution (OS) and/or Opportunity Adoption (OA)? The 277 enterprisers were investigated and the differences of Entrepreneurial Modes (EM) were analyzed by the ANCOVA and regression analysis. The results indicated that the decision-making speed and identity under the condition of OS is lower than that under the condition of OA, meanwhile the accuracy was slightly higher. Then the relationship between the Opportunity Recognition(OR) and decision making caused by EM were discussed. . 8 Refs In Chinese
