Abstract

Abstract: Aiming at the problems existing in the current evaluation system of enterprise technological innovation performance, the characteristics of technological innovation are combined with the development trend of present-dayenterprise technological innovation, the balanced scorecards and the new field of their applications are innovatively developed, the Enhanced Balanced Scorecards - Technological Innovation(EBSC-TI)regarding society ecologyenvironment and future development are proposed, and the performance evaluation index system for enterprise technological innovation syntheticallyfrom five aspects, such as finance, customer, flow, development, and society ecology, is fully established and every index is explained. It will provide with scientific theory direction and exercisable manual to know themselves technological innovation conditions for enterprises. . 18 Refs In Chinese
