The impact of absorptive capability, knowledge integration on theorganizational innovation and organizational performance

Abstract: The relationships among absorptive capability, knowledge integration, organization innovation, and organizational performance are examined. The sample of this study has 124 high-tech companies in south China. It is proved that(1) absorptive capability has a distinct direct positive impact on the knowledge integration, (2) absorptive capability do not have a distinct direct positive impact on the organization innovation, (3) knowledge integration has a distinct direct positive impact on the organization innovation, and (4) organization innovation has a distinct direct positive impact on the organizational performance. These results are meaningful for further understanding the relationships among absorptive capability, knowledge integration, organization innovation, and organizational performance. . 22 Refs In Chinese
