FDI has been traditionally considered as an important channel in the diffusion of advanced technology. Whether it can bring the technology advancement for China? This is the point at issue in recently years. The particular attention is paid to the role of absorptive capacity and human capital on FDI technological spillovers based on the international research results of FDI spillovers. A preliminary understanding of why FDI spillovers remain somewhat ambiguous in developing countries is provided.
