Abstract: The reasonable profit distribution is essential for esteblishing the cooperative innovation community between universities and enterprises, and great importance to accomplish the innovation. Based on the profit distribution mix-mode and the correlative game theory, the profit distribution model of cooperative innovation between universities and enterprises is built up, and the optimum agreement for the interest distribution is explored.
