Abstract: The integrative coordination of the utility and the lifetime of the two-stage logistics supply network which consists of retailers and suppliers are discussed, a research framework for the maximization of the integrative performance of the twostage logistics supply network in the conditions of the rigid budget is provided, two models are proposed: one for the maximization of the two stage logistics supply network utility, the other for the maximization of the network lifetime. Furthermore, an optimal coordination problem of the network utility lifetime in the twostage logistics supply network is discussed and proved through the computer simulation. At last, an optimal algorithm for this coordination problem is raised. . 14 Refs In Chinese
