Abstract: The value network is an economic concept and a cultural concept at the same time. Analyzing from a cultural angle of vision, the value network creates an open, equal, shared, and innovated culture space,improves the interaction between enterprises and the external environment condition, optimizesthe internal procedure,buildsaninnovative environment of product, knowledge exchanging, and user’s communication. The change of innovative mode and innovative linguistic context makevalue model of an enterprise’sinnovationchange, An enterprise’s value orientation, value activity way and even whole value ecosystem must thereupon change. . 9 Refs In Chinese
