Abstract: In china, creation of a innovational nation requires plenty of domestic enterprises owning intellectual property; collaborative innovation is a valid way for enterprises to create the intellectual property. Intellectual property risk indexes of China ranked second place in Asia, lots of trade secret risks exist in tacit knowledge transfer based on the collaborative innovation.
