    FDI has been traditionally considered as an important channel in the diffusion of advanced technology.Whether it can promote the technology advancement in China? This problem becomes the focusing point for Chinese scholars in recent years.The relationship between FDI and Regional Innovation Capability(RIC) is analyzed.It is found that the spillover effects of FDI are not significant as usually think.The impact of FDI on RIC is weak;the entry of FDI has no use for enhancing independent innovation capability.The research manifests that increasing domestic R&D inputs,strengthening the innovation capabilities and technology absorbency in domestic enterprises are the keys to improve RIC.

    According to classical theory in law and economics,there are two alternative mechanisms to protect personal entitlements,that is,either by property rule or by liability rule.The application of these two rules in the IPRs field and existing problems are analyzed.Based on the result,at first, a new kind of IPRs protection mechanism,i.e.,collective administration organizations of IPRs is investigared,and then its efficiency resting on intermediate quality between the two traditional rules is pointed out.Finally,its implication for public administration in general is revealed.

    Begin with the analysis of motivation dilemma in the process of the transfer and share of tacit knowledge,then by combining motivation theory and knowledge management theory,a model based on two dimensions about the characteristics of tacit knowledge,one is tacitness and the other is systemization, is put forth.These two characteristics have effect on the choice of intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation,and on the choice of theoretic foundationfrom the point of agency cost or from the point of competitive advantage.Two constraints on the motivation mechanism design are also considered,that is,performance measurement difficulty and uncertainty.

    The stock of enterprise technologies can be reactivated at the core of reactivating the technicians' knowledge stock.The existing weakness of the current studies on knowledge reactivation is pointed out;it takes advantage of the theories in dynamic capabilities and in knowledge management.Based on dynamic capabilities,a model for the dynamic reactivation of knowledge stock of technicians is proposed.As a practical case study,an example of the reactivation mechanism for the technicians in xinchang pharmaceutical factory is given.

    Emerging technologies usually could change the structure of a industry.The characteristics of emerging technologies are illustrated and "marginal utility of technological innovations" is put forward.Based on the theory of S curve of technology by Foster,a new concept "the filter-line for an emerging technology" is proposed.The concept is used to differentiate emerging technologies from non-emerging techologies.The "filter-line" is a usable tool for an enterprise to select emerging technologies when confronting with a number of new technologies.

    Aiming at the cognitive illegibility and misuse of positioning theory,a synthetically analytical framework is put forward.The framework unifies the Trout's positioning theory and Porter's positioning theory.It reckons that enterprise strategic positioning can be divided into three levels,that is,corporate positioning,business positioning,and marketing positioning.Corporate positioning is in the highest level,while marketing positioning is in the lowest one.To go a step further,the higher positioning will determine the lower positioning.

    The two contrary opinions exist about relationship between technological innovation and institutional innovation.One opinion is that institutional innovation is dependent on technological innovation.Another is that technological innovation depends on institutional innovation.A new opinion is put forward,that is,technological innovation and institutional innovation are closely connected and propelled each other.At firstly,technological innovation needs a basis of appropriate institution.Secondly,institutional innovation is restricted by technology.In addition,a new answer to "conundrum of Joseph Needham" is given.

    In order to choose seven factors of core competence based on investigation result and previous research,the analytic method of principal component is adopted.The example for SMEs of Hangzhou and Suzhou is taken;the detailed data by means of extensive calls are gained.The factor choice of the core competence in Chinese SMEs based on the structural system model is analyzed.The substantial research indicates that SMEs have increasingly paid attention to foster the core competence factor such as human resource,technology innovation,marketing and administration capability increasingly.However,the enterprise culture is still not valued sufficiently.

    How to build core competence is one of the most important issues that both theorists and managers focus on.The relationship among human resource management,core competence and performance based on studies of the hi-tech firms in China is discussed.The result discloses that learning system and incentive mechanism play an important role in the accumulation of human capital,and the latter one has a direct effect on the foster of core competence.A restriction and measurement for employees do not contribute to core competence notably,but are conductive to improving performance directly.The core competence might be acted as an modulation to the relation between human resource management and enterprise performance.

    The total R&D/GDP in Fujian province has been grown rapidly in recent years,and its changing trend is generally in agreement with the first stage of growing mode like "S".However,the R&D/GDP in Fujian province falls somewhat or even far away behind other coastal developed regions and the nations,and it is not in agreement with the economy development level at all.The factors causing the problems stated above is analyzed,and some countermeasures are put forward.These countermeasures will make R&D/GDP in Fujian province grow faster in accordance with the growing mode like stong "S".

    A dynamic game model on the action strategies between venture entrepreneur and venture capitalist is built.Based on the model,an analysis on the incentive mechanism for the venture entrepreneur,monitor mechanism of the venture capitalist and correlation is made.It is concluded that from the aspect of the venture entrepreneur,the monitor mechanism and the incentive contract is complement;but from the aspect of the venture capitalist,the monitor mechanism and the incentive contract is alternative.Then combining with the parameter analysis,the variable factors between the best incentive strength and the generalized monitor strength is researched.

    Two kinds of Petri-net models for supply chains business process are set up based on Made-TO-Stock(MTS) and Made-TO-Order(MTO).The inventory, order response time and utilization ratio of equipment are analyzed and compared by simulation.Results show that the supply chain based on MTO is much better than one based on MTS in inventory,and supply chain of MTS is a little better than one of MTO in the order response time and utilization ratio of equipment.It is obvious that the synthetical performance of supply chain based on single production model isn't perfect.
