Current status of configuration of scientific and technological resource in pan-pearl river delta and the countermeasure

Abstract: Co-operation is an important area in science and technology, the scientific and reasonable configuration of resource is the foundation of cooperation in science and technology.Utilizing statistical data and materials from the perspectives of human resource,financial resource and technological resource,current status of scientific and technological resource configuration in pan-pearl river delta is analyzed,and the countermeasures are proposed accordingly.
