Cultivating & management inventive talents in a Nobel Prize perspective

Abstract: The history of Nobel Prize is not only an epitome of science and technology development,but also an example of cultivating inventive talents. This point of view is discussed from six aspects as following: the fundamental base for the growing inventive talents is the favourable family education and nurturing;the innermost power for the growing inventive talents is the constant work and strive;the rapid way for the growing inventive talents is the considerate coach and help from teachers;the rich soil for the growing inventive talents is the free research environment and communication;the short cut for the growing inventive talents is the appropriate option of study and research;the crucial point for the growing inventive talents is the right opportunity-seizing and innovation.
