Abstract

Motivation and impartiality are the most important characteristics of corporate culture.Based on the former research,the character of motivation and impartiality is discribed.Seven dimensions to describe the criteria of motivation and impartiality are put forward.These dimensions include division of labor,rule of setting goal,control mechanism,information flow,power distribution,career plan and success criteria.Four types of corporate culture are differentiated.They are bee culture,eagle culture,goose culture and antelope culture.Finally,the impact of each culture on corporations is discribed.
