KCP and its influencing factors in technological entrepreneurial firm
    Wang Zhong-ming, Tian Mao-li
    2006, 27(6): 28-31,79.
    Abstract ( 1387 )   PDF (1613KB) ( 2441 )
Knowledge is a powerful strategic weapon for organizations to gain sustainable competitive advantage. So knowledge management is paid much more attention by organizations. Many empirical models focus on the knowledge creation process (KCP) in the knowledge management. Based on the knowledge creation process which Nonaka put forward, this thesis analyzes four components of KCP (socialization, externalization, combination and internalization), four influencing factors of KCP(ability, characteristic, information redundancy and leadership) and task characteristic moderating the relationship KCP and organizational creativity through case study, which proves and extends the research model by Lee and Choi put forward in 2003.

    2006, 27(6): 32-39,79.
    Abstract ( 1490 )   PDF (1685KB) ( 2316 )
The paper firstly clarifies the possibility of techno-innovators' corruption in enterprises and the effect of techno-innovators' corruption on the efficiency of technological innovation. Based on the review of related studies on corruption in organizations, according to the cognition logic about human behavior, the paper emphatically discusses the dynamical factors which drive techno-innovators to put corruption in practice. The discussion is deployed along two dimensions of psychological perceive and institution deficiency, which includes four aspects of psychological contract, resources scarcity, the design and the application deficiency of institution in enterprises. Finally, it presents some remedies of techno-innovators' corruption.

Study on the effects of supply chain partnership tocompetitive advantage based on integration competence
    Pan Wen-an
    2006, 27(6): 47-53.
    Abstract ( 1457 )   PDF (1019KB) ( 1878 )
With the development of the intensifying marketing competition, more and more enterprises expect to achieve competitive advantage by establishing supply chain partnership. However, it couldn't take into obvious effect actually, which confuses many enterprisers. Based on theoretical analysis, the present study aimed to investigate the relationships among partnership, integration ability of supply chain and competitive advantage of enterprise by the method of questionnaire. The results indicated that the indirect effects of partnership on competitive advantage were more significant than the direct effects. The integration ability of enterprise was the key point in achieving competitive advantage.

On the relationship between capital structure choice preference and business performance—an empirical analysis on the behaviors of"over-debt" and "financial conservatism" in Chinese listed companies
    Feng Tie-ying
    2006, 27(6): 54-61.
    Abstract ( 1615 )   PDF (991KB) ( 5223 )
According to the popular behaviors of "over-debt" and "financial conservatism" in Chinese listed companies, the paper classifies the capital structure choice preference into radical capital structure and conservative capital structure. Based on the balanced panel data of yearly financial reports of listed companies in 1999~2003, the paper selects 623 samples, and takes total debt ratio as the proxy of capital structure, and takes size, liquidity of assets, grow opportunities, cash flows as the other variables. With respect to the two sub-samples in which the total debt ratio is more than or less than the mean of the whole sample, the paper builds two groups of multivariate linear regression models, and makes an empirical analysis on the relationship between the capital structure preference and business performance, then tests and analyzes the regression results.

    2006, 27(6): 68-73,143.
    Abstract ( 1528 )   PDF (1646KB) ( 2365 )
Efficiency evaluation of R&D is a very important part of R&D management in enterprises, but the design and choice of evaluation method is the most difficult. This paper uses DEA method to analyze R&D efficiency of the specimen, based on the listed companies of biochemical and pharmaceutical. The results indicate that the span of R&D efficiency of most listed biochemical and pharmaceutical companies is very little, the R&D efficiency has relationship with the companies size to some extent, the R&D expense of some companies is more efficient than the R&D staff expense. Meanwhile it is improved that the DEA method is suitable for the R&D efficiency evaluation.

With the development of information technology, most knowledge transferring and communication are dealt with internet. But intellectual property risk exists in knowledge transferring, so knowledge transferring through internet will confront some intellectual property risk. Intellectual property risk is different when different mode is adopted in the process of knowledge transferring. On the basis of theory of richness internet communication are classified, then intellectual property risk and its reasons are analyzed under different modes in the process of knowledge transferring.

On relational contracts in R&D outsourcing
    Wang An-yu, Si Chun-lin, Luo Pin-liang
    2006, 27(6): 103-108.
    Abstract ( 1670 )   PDF (972KB) ( 2226 )
During R&D outsourcing, the actions of the participants are regulated not only by formal contracts but also by informal contracts which are badly important to the performance of sustaining cooperative R&D. This paper studies the informal governance mechanism, namely relational contracts, in R&D outsourcing by a repeated game model based on the concept of relational contracts. According to the result, the symmetric relational contract between the principal and agent depends only on the fluctuation of the targeted innovation' value and has nothing to do with the agent's characteristic parameters such as the R&D productivity and the private marginal cost. The theoretical conclusion can contribute greatly to the design of relational contracts for R&D outsourcing.

    Liu Yi, Qian Li-ping
    2006, 27(6): 130-135.
    Abstract ( 1452 )   PDF (1014KB) ( 2431 )
This paper discusses the interaction relationship between the retailer's attitudinal commitment and the supplier's use of power. The conceptual model and hypotheses are tested by factor analysis and structural equation model using data gathered through the survey to 346 retailer-supplier relationships in the context of household appliances. The findings show that the supplier's use of mediated power is positively related to the retailer's calculative commitment and negatively related to the retailer's loyalty commitment; while the supplier's use of nonmediated power is positively related to the retailer's loyalty commitment. At the same time, the retailer's calculative commitment will increase the supplier's use of mediated and nonmediated power; while the retailer's loyalty commitment will reduce the supplier's use of mediated power, and increase the supplier's use of nonmediated power.

    2006, 27(6): 144-150.
    Abstract ( 1417 )   PDF (1010KB) ( 2378 )
Evaluating indicators of relative efficiency of regional logistics are set up through analyzing the structure of regional logistics. Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) methodology is applied to evaluate the relative efficiency of 31 regions in China. The result of relative efficiency among the East, West and Middle Zone of China not only show the great gap in the efficiency between the East Zone and the West Zone, but also show that most inefficient regions are in the phase of increase in scale benefit, so the efficiency of inefficient regions can be improved by adjusting the structure and scale of input. Finally, some propositions are brought forward to improve service efficiency of logistics.

Setting up scientific, reasonable, high efficient performance system is emphases of colleges and unvisities. At present the higher occupation senior specialized teacher’s appraising index system is extremely unsuitable for the present situation of higher occupation education development. This paper investigates the higher occupation senior specialized colleges and universities in Henan and Hubei. Based on the appraising index system that has been found, using statistical analysis method, setting up appraising index system that suit for higher occupation senior specialized teacher.
