Comparative researches on measurement-based triple helixof university-industry-government partnerships

Abstract

Abstract: A series of researches about the triple helix of university-industry-government partnerships have been carried through in the world extensively and deeply. But they are scarce in China. This paper gives a quantitative analysis and comparative research which based on data mining for SCI2000 and Triple Helix Algorithm. Furthermore, it offers some correspondingly contributive conclusions and constructive prospects from the data of Chinese papers under the framework of TH.
