Abstract: Evaluating indicators of relative efficiency of regional logistics are set up through analyzing the structure of regional logistics. Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) methodology is applied to evaluate the relative efficiency of 31 regions in China. The result of relative efficiency among the East, West and Middle Zone of China not only show the great gap in the efficiency between the East Zone and the West Zone, but also show that most inefficient regions are in the phase of increase in scale benefit, so the efficiency of inefficient regions can be improved by adjusting the structure and scale of input. Finally, some propositions are brought forward to improve service efficiency of logistics.
