Interplay mechanism of learning and performance in organizations

Abstract: On the basis of extensive literature review, a series of essential characteristics of learning and performance are concluded. Then, the interplay mechanism of learning and performance is analyzed and the learning–performance cycle (LPC) model is presented. Afterwards, the effect of organizational context on LPC is analyzed. Finally, two cases are used to validate our opinion.
