Abstract: With the development of the intensifying marketing competition, more and more enterprises expect to achieve competitive advantage by establishing supply chain partnership. However, it couldn't take into obvious effect actually, which confuses many enterprisers. Based on theoretical analysis, the present study aimed to investigate the relationships among partnership, integration ability of supply chain and competitive advantage of enterprise by the method of questionnaire. The results indicated that the indirect effects of partnership on competitive advantage were more significant than the direct effects. The integration ability of enterprise was the key point in achieving competitive advantage.
