Roots and remedies of techno-innovators' corruption in enterprises

Abstract: The paper firstly clarifies the possibility of techno-innovators' corruption in enterprises and the effect of techno-innovators' corruption on the efficiency of technological innovation. Based on the review of related studies on corruption in organizations, according to the cognition logic about human behavior, the paper emphatically discusses the dynamical factors which drive techno-innovators to put corruption in practice. The discussion is deployed along two dimensions of psychological perceive and institution deficiency, which includes four aspects of psychological contract, resources scarcity, the design and the application deficiency of institution in enterprises. Finally, it presents some remedies of techno-innovators' corruption.
