The higher occupation and senior specialized teacher appraising index system studying

Abstract: Setting up scientific, reasonable, high efficient performance system is emphases of colleges and unvisities. At present the higher occupation senior specialized teacher’s appraising index system is extremely unsuitable for the present situation of higher occupation education development. This paper investigates the higher occupation senior specialized colleges and universities in Henan and Hubei. Based on the appraising index system that has been found, using statistical analysis method, setting up appraising index system that suit for higher occupation senior specialized teacher.
