Research on new product development strategies of latecomer firms based on dynamic capabilities

Abstract: The time to market of new product development of latecomer firms is defined;their influence factors are analyzed.The product developing platform based on knowledge transfer is put forward.This platform can effectively enhance developing flexibility and reduce the uncertainty of developing process.The dynamic capabilities can effectively cut back the time to market and improve the flexibility.The intrinsic mechanism and their strategies are analyzed in great detail.Finally,the logic relation between co-evolution of knowledge,capability and product is discussed.
