Abstract: Begin with the realistic significance of governing effectively knowledge processes and the dilemma that knowledge management involves with,the necessity of knowledge governance theory is explained,and the conceptions,theory foundation,and basic thought of knowledge governance theory are dilineated.The mechanism for selecting formal organizations will impact evidently on informal organization practice.As a core point of knowledge governauce theory,the optimizing creation and utilization of knowledge is defined.Based on above analysis,a systemic analysis framework is built.Finally,the application issue of knowledge governance theory is analyzed initially.
