Abstract: The stock of enterprise technologies can be reactivated at the core of reactivating the technicians' knowledge stock.The existing weakness of the current studies on knowledge reactivation is pointed out;it takes advantage of the theories in dynamic capabilities and in knowledge management.Based on dynamic capabilities,a model for the dynamic reactivation of knowledge stock of technicians is proposed.As a practical case study,an example of the reactivation mechanism for the technicians in xinchang pharmaceutical factory is given.
