The knowledge creation process is important model and theory to reveal the inter-conversion and interaction of explicit and implicit knowledge at personal and organizational level.This study analyses and concludes the relationship between knowledge creation process and the strategy of knowledge management,and puts forward the strategy of knowledge management for different knowledge creation process.
