Based on the real option games method,the adoption of new technology under competition involved two companies.is researched on.The varies in the value of project bring on the three kinds of game equilibrium,that is,the simultaneous adoption strategy equilibrium,the leader and follower adoption strategy equilibrium and the deferred adoption strategy equilibrium.Therefore a framework for studying technology diffusion by the real option games method is provided.
