Abstract: The development of circle economy is a strategic act to propel the environment friendly and economic saving society.The latest major achievement of cycle research in China is introduced.Some issues about circle economy,such as the basic concept,institution plan,running system,experience,revelation and so on,are discussed.It regards that developing circle economy in China is not only to improve the development mode and system plan suiting with the special national situation,but also need to have a good plan and put it into practice intrepidly.The depth and scope of circle economy are expanded,based on the experience from experimental unit and developed country.In order to make circle economy a major economic configuration of social democracy harmonious society,as well as an important power resource to impulse the implementation of the eleventh five-year plan,the effort is thrown into.
