Abstract: The total R&D/GDP in Fujian province has been grown rapidly in recent years,and its changing trend is generally in agreement with the first stage of growing mode like "S".However,the R&D/GDP in Fujian province falls somewhat or even far away behind other coastal developed regions and the nations,and it is not in agreement with the economy development level at all.The factors causing the problems stated above is analyzed,and some countermeasures are put forward.These countermeasures will make R&D/GDP in Fujian province grow faster in accordance with the growing mode like stong "S".
