    2007, 28(6): 85-92,107.
    Abstract ( 1453 )   PDF (1746KB) ( 2239 )
With the globalization of the world economy, the industrial development is gradually extended from the domestic realm into the world arena, thus the global value chain comes into being, it is the outcome that the developed countries reorganize and consolidate the global essential elements. However, behind the global value chain there is the global technology chain where the transnational corporation groups from the developed countries integrate and utilize the intellectual resources in the world, but they grip the high end of the technology chain, keep the industrial kernel technology in their palms, update the industrial technology standards, and forge industries into barriers continuously. The global technology chain presents the chained distribution in both horizontal and vertical directions. The essence of the industry update is the updating technologies. Therefore, the analysis of the distribution of the technology chain and the path of the technology updating contributes to the successful merging of the developing nations into the global technology chain, promoting their own industrial levels, narrowing the industrial technology gap, and enhancing the industrial competitiveness.

    2007, 28(6): 98-107.
    Abstract ( 1735 )   PDF (1072KB) ( 2198 )
Based on the view of dynamic capability, by using the vertical alliance between domestic antomobile manufactures and suppliers as an analysis sample, key composite factors for the alliance management and the alliance performance are proposed. The typical correlation analysis path that the alliance managtment affects the alliance performance is built. The statistical study indicates that the vertical alliance management betwee automobile manufactures and suppliers has a significant positive correlation with the alliance performance. The alliance heavily depends on the spillover effect to affect the alliance performance; and the implementation degree of the alliance goal, the satisfactory degree, and the persist degree have no obvious impact on the alliance performance. The linear formation model for alliance management composite factors mainly depends on the exchange cooperation management program, Finally, on the sasis of above study, the corresponding management practical suggtstion and academic research direction in the future are put forward.

On the distribution mode of the license fee for the patent pool: A circuit model
    Xu Minghua, Chen Jinqi
    2007, 28(6): 143-148,142.
    Abstract ( 1355 )   PDF (1774KB) ( 1992 )
Using the circuit principle of physics, a circuit model of patent pool is formed. In this model, each patent corresponds to an electronic element of the circuit, and the block and substitution relationship between the each patent in the pool correspond to series and parallel connections of the circuit. After analyzing the circuit principle of the circuit model, it is concluded that a distribution mode of license fee based on the proportional relation of voltage distribution for the each electronic element is a relatively perfect mode that lays stress on the quality. Then, by open reviewing the character of pools, a model of the optimal patent pool is obtained, which can balance the private benefit of the patent pools and the encouragement of the technology innovation.

    Abstract ( 1551 )   PDF (1669KB) ( 2373 )
In the "tragedy of anticommons", each of multiple owners has the right to exclude others from a resource and this lead to the underused resource, since none of the owners can use the whole resource. If the patented medicine involves multiple patents, then it is difficult to get all the licensing of these patents. There will be patented medicine's "tragedy of anticommons" since no one can implement the medicine effectively. The reasons for which the tragedy happens and the solutions for this problem are analyzed.
