Measurement study on the internal friction mechanism in the human resource assignment

Abstract: The internal friction mechanism, the mathematic description, and the quantification measurement in the organization human resource are elaborated. The individuals in the organization mutually cooperate with each other, and meanwhile generate the internal friction between them. Thus, the manpower will be promoted due to the cooperation, and it will be reduced by the internal friction. A principle and a method for calculating the values of internal friction in the human resource and an effective way to reduce the internal friction are given based on the analysis of the internal friction mechanism.
