Abstract

The runing condition and the performance of the knowledge alliance are closely related to the managerial capability of the knowledge alliance(alliance capability for short). There are lots of factors affecting the alliance capability.A framework from four levels, namely, individual, corporate, alliance, and network is analyzed systematically. And some advices to enhance the alliance capability are given.
