Study on the knowledge background difference among the staffs and the knowledge transfer within the organization

Abstract: Based on a case study, a conclusion that the knowledge background difference among the enterprise's staffs contradicts the knowledge transfer within the same organization is reached. By introducing two variables, that is, the link strength and the trust, the relationships analysis among the link strength, the trust, and the difference in knowledge background is used as a foundation; a knowledge transfer model based on that difference is constructed. Further some management approaches to the knowledge transfer within the organization due to the difference are advanced.
