Abstract: The knowledge transfer is an important way to acquire the strategic knowledge resource for international entrepreneurial companies. However it is very complex and difficult to transfer knowledge across the border. After reviewing relative literatures, based on an empirical study of 167 international entrepreneurial samples in China, a meta-analysis framework is provided. Results show that factors coming from the organizational level, such as the knowledge strategy and trust between parties, play the critical roles. Then from the practical perspectives, some suggestions for the international entrepreneurial entities and the policy making sectors are come out.
