Abstract: With the category analysis ameliorated by Risk Transfer Algorithm (RTA), enterprise risks in Regional Industrial Cluster (RIC) are identified in the category, and thier related structure figure is given as well. Based on the RTA and the Bass model, the diffusion mechanism of the enterprise risks in RIC is proposed, which solves the problem of describing risk transfer process in RIC network, and also deals with parallel risks in the random network. It's superior to the Monte Carlo simulation and the random network analysis. Finally, the countermeasure mechanism dealing with the enterprise risk diffusion, which emphasizes synthesis of enterprise risk management strategies, organization, methodology, information, culture and process, is put forward.
