    2010, 31(3): 127-133 .
    Abstract ( 1834 )   PDF (1073KB) ( 2297 )
Abstract: The relationship between the quality gaps and the knowledge gaps in a new product development process is researched, and the mathematical models for the quality gaps and the knowledge gaps are constructed respectively. In a new product development process, the knowledge gaps are the main source of the quality gaps. The total quality gaps and the corresponding total knowledge gaps are respectively formed by an accumulation of the quality gaps and the knowledge gaps produced in the phases of the development process. The quality gaps nonlinearly increase with the development process, and the quality gaps produced in initial phases contribute more to the total quality gaps. In a knowledge process cycle, the knowledge gaps nonlinearly increase with the knowledge process, and the knowledge gaps produced in initial phases contribute more to the total knowledge gaps. The total knowledge gaps in a new product development process equal to the summation of the knowledge gaps produced from each knowledge process cycle.

    2010, 31(3): 134-142 .
    Abstract ( 1753 )   PDF (1831KB) ( 2669 )
Abstract: The Third Party Logistics(3DL) hard working is an important factor to carry out the operation of warehouse receipt pledge effectively and to ensure the safety of bank loan. Given pledged inventory has an important impact on the enterprises’ production and operation, using the pricipal-agent thoery, the bank payment with enterprises’ participation is studied, and monitoring based on inspiriting 3PL is considered. The results show 3PL’ effort doesn’t change, but amount of bank payment becomes fewer when enterprises participate in inspiriting 3PL. If supervising 3PL based on inspiriting to it, 3PL will work harder. The research also indicates that in certain situation, banks may provide a loan although a specific inventory is not good, such as price fluctuating, unstable quality, and poor liquidity. The benefits by the operation may be higher. These conclusions help bank enhance enthusiasm to develop the warehouse receipt pledge operation.

    2010, 31(3): 143-148 .
    Abstract ( 1745 )   PDF (1026KB) ( 2416 )
Abstract: In allusion to the fact when best relative efficiency model and worst relative efficiency model are separately adopted for the Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA) evaluation and ranking, important information will be losed. The definition of interval efficiencies is introduced, which combines two models organically and realizes more reasonable evaluating and ranking on Decision Making Units(DMUs).The DEA models with interval efficiencies are further improved, and the performance of results is analyzed, then reasonable models for calculating interval efficiencies of DMUs are found. In addition, an optimism coefficient of decision maker is introduced for calculating the evaluation index of interval efficiencies. And the analysis results show that worst relative efficiency model is adopted when 0≤β≤05 and best relative efficiency model is adopted when 05≤β≤1. Combining with the numerical example, the evaluation index of interval efficiencies are computed and sensitivity analysis are conducted, and the ranking results indicate that the improved DEA model based interval efficiencies for DMUs ranking is more reasonable.

    Abstract ( 1874 )   PDF (1619KB) ( 2393 )
Abstract: Based on the causation of the capital investment driven by the private benefit of control, an inefficient investment behavior model leaded by the insider snatching private benefit of control is constructed under a uniform two-tiered analysis frame. By expanding the model, the investigative results are gained. (1)The branch inefficacy in the corporation drives the motivation that snatches private benefit of control for increasing profitable option; (2)Under the absence of state property right and the prominent insider control in the corporation governance structure, the fact that uses capital by the state proxy to compensate the exterior option of private benefit of control leads to the overinvestment behavior due to the coherence of private benefit between controller and manager, the inefficacy of stock ownership incentive mechanism, and the rigidity of salary management; (3)The mutual effect of the snatching private benefit and compensating behavior causes not only the overinvestment ,but also the extrusion effect of capital allocation between the efficient branch and the inefficient branch.
