Abstract: Based on various classic theories of industry transfer, the special attributions of the high-tech industry transfer in China are discussed, including fast transfer, surge transfer, inverse-gradient transfer, agglomeration, and specification. The high-tech industry transfer are classified in two categories by the transfer pattern, namely, vibration transfer and surge transfer. At the end, the dynamic mechanism of the high-tech industry transfer is analyzed. Key words: high-tech industry; spatial transfer; vibration transfer; surge transfer
