Abstract: Abstract: The technical innovation is the endogenous and initial power of the economic development. China is in the economic transition time，there are some remarkable differences in the regional economy development form， especially between the western and eastern regions.Thus，the similar differences also exist in the technical innovation.Through analyzing the materials obtained from the investigation and considering the spatial differences that exist in different regions， by using the spatial panel data and GLS analysis method, some analyses towards the technical creativity are conducted and some useful political suggestions are given.
