The status quo of cooperative innovation between knowledge-intensive business service and external partners

Abstract: Abstract: As an innovation agent, disseminator, and sponsor, Knowledge-Intensive Business Service(KIBS) plays the role of the cooperators of service innovation and penetrates into the enterprises increasingly. Indeed, they highly interact with their customer enterprises by the way of innovation cooperation with different external partners. Based on the status survey of innovation cooperation and the types of innovation activities in Chinese KIBS enterprises, the industry analysis on the collaborative innovation between KIBS and their external partners starting with the interaction between them is conducted. Therefore the interactive functions and effect factors have been deeply discussed, so as to offer the basis for improving the service manner and enhancing the innovation efficiency of KIBS enterprises.
