Abstract: Abstract: The process of enterprise sustainable innovation is full of the risks. Operator man-made risk plays a key role in whether or not enterprise could achieve the sustainable innovation. Firstly, several concepts about operator man-made risk of enterprise’s sustainable innovation process are defined; then the factors of the risk are identified. Finally, based on the result, a framework for three-level operator man-made risk warning of enterprise’s sustainable innovation process is built using the method of the fault tree analysis, which can provide a basic operable tool for the risk-monitoring and risk-controlling measures.
