A research on mechanism of interactive learning and innovation capability upgrading
    2018, 39(9): 1-10.
    Abstract ( 467 )
High quality development should be supported by innovation capability and the upgrading of innovation capability relied on learning. This study constructed a conceptual model between interactive learning, absorptive capacity and innovation capability based on desk research. Then a large scale investigation of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises was carried out, 331 valid questionnaires were obtained and structural equation model was applied to the empirical test of the research hypothesis through usage of Mplus7 software. The results show that the interactive learning between enterprises and external knowledge enhances the innovation capability through the intermediary role of absorptive capacity. The potential absorptive capability only effects to innovation realizing capability, and it does less effect than realized absorptive capability. The realized absorptive capability effects intermediary roles to the opportunity identifying capability, innovation realizing capability and commercializing capability. The research results in fact expose the internal connection between knowledge exploration capability, absorptive capability and innovation capability of enterprises.

    Zhu Jianxue, Xiong Li
    2018, 39(9): 42-51.
    Abstract ( 293 )
According to the individual rationality constraint and the incentive compatibility constraint, a behavior model of digital content consumer has been constructed based on expected utility theory. The consumption quantity of digital content and changes in consumer utility have been analyzed by means of computer simulation technology. In addition, the influence of transmission distribution channel on consumer’s behavior has been researched. The results show that: (1) in case of traditional distribution channel, the price of digital content is an important factor affecting the behavior of consumers, thus exerting a significant influence on the consumption quantity of digital content and consumer utility; (2) in case of the digital network distribution channel, the charging mode of membership fee directly affects the consumer utility while the charging mode of transaction fee indirectly affects the consumer utility through the consumption quantity of digital content; (3) in case of the dual-distribution channel, both the consumer utility and consumption quantity of digital content are better than those achieved through the above-mentioned channels. In conclusion, the dual-distribution channel is more in line with the interests of the consumers. Digital content suppliers should implement the dual distribution channel strategy in order to reflect the growing influence and dominance of consumers.

Divisive faultlines and knowledge sharing in technology innovation network: The moderating effect of network position and knowledge power
Yang Yi, Dang Xinghua, Cheng Long
    2018, 39(9): 59-67.
    Abstract ( 461 )
The study on the choice of inter firm partners focuses on the positive effects of the trust, reciprocity and cost reduction of the actors participating in the cooperation, but seldom considers the negative effects of the partner selection process. This study introduced a concept of divisive faultlines, assume“the overall network internal division tendency based on differences in the extent to which members have shared experiences” can hinder the knowledge sharing between network members, and the negative effect is different as network position and knowledge power is different. We survey enterprises with automobile industry, electronic information industry and equipment manufacturing industry, which is highly marketable and frequently technology innovation and joint application patents, using hierarchical regression model to analyze data. The results show that, divisive faultlines has a negative effect on knowledge sharing between network members, but the influence of different network members is different. Firms in network centric position can reduce the negative effects of divisive faultlines, and the higher knowledge power can put centric position firms stronger influence and control, to further reduce the negative effects of divisive faultlines on knowledge sharing. The results will contribute to further understanding the knowledge flow and learning behavior of different enterprises in technological innovation network.

Researches on the mode and path of innovation and entrepreneurship in less developed areas
Wang Mingyue, Liu Yu, Qin Haibo, Li Mengming
    2018, 39(9): 68-77.
    Abstract ( 354 )
What kind of development models on earth have been taken in the less developed areas which have successfully gone through innovation and entrepreneurship strategy? What is the way in which the choices of the models are influenced and the way it is optimized? However, previous studies have not yet made a more profound explanation and answer. Based on the respective models and data of innovation and entrepreneurship development in Nanchang, Zhengzhou and Guiyang, this study summarizes the development patterns and optimization of the implementing of innovation and entrepreneurship in China. The theoretical development model shows that the foundation of improving innovation and entrepreneurship in less developed areas is to identify the potential advantages of regional development. The potential advantage in less developed areas is achieved by optimizing the human power, capital, carrier, technology, system and cultural elements. To promote the development of innovation and entrepreneurship in less developed areas, the corresponding policy system need to be established and improved to guide the allocation of the factors and resources. In the meanwhile, physical platform and Internet virtual platform also need to be built to bring spatial agglomeration. Also importantly, the cultural atmosphere of innovation and entrepreneurship will enhance the intrinsic motivation of the factors. Compared with the existing theory and practice, which focuses on the developed areas, the analysis based on models in less developed areas can macroscopically bring light on the "black box" of the model selection of innovation and entrepreneurship.

    Zhang Jieyao
    2018, 39(9): 78-85.
    Abstract ( 452 )
The source of synergetic innovation relationship between start-up enterprises is from the application of the social network. Based on the theory of social network, empirical analysis is made about the logical connection between geographical proximity and recognition proximity with the synergetic innovation relationship. The outcome shows that there is positive correlation between geographical proximity and synergetic innovation relation. It means that the geographic proximity is the base on the process of constructing synergetic innovation network. Meanwhile, it shows the negative correlation between recognition proximity and synergetic innovation network. It shows that the start-up enterprises prefer to cooperate with the partner who has the different knowledge background.

    Abstract ( 254 )
Allocation of Shanghai region industrial knowledge bases affects on the construction of the region innovative ability and the direction of industrial innovation. The paper builds the measurement model and index of allocation of industrial knowledge bases, and studies empirically the industrial knowledge bases allocation of Shanghai entire industries, six key development industries and every district industries. The conclusions are as follows. On the whole, Shanghai belongs to the type of hybrid knowledge base allocation, and its analytical knowledge base allocation is slightly better than synthetic knowledge base allocation. However, Shanghai must improve the proportion of analytic knowledge base allocation because of the goal of global S&T innovation center. From the perspective of every district, Xuhui, Minhang and Songjiang belong to the type of analytical knowledge base allocation, however, the manufactures of Xuhui District should be transferred to other regions. Yangpu, Baoshan, Jiading, Jinshan, Qingpu, Fengxian and Chongming belong to synthetic knowledge base allocation, however, the development orientation of Yangpu District should be modern service industry. Pudong New District is the type of hybrid knowledge base, it should be the representative of Shanghai in the future.

A research on the innovation incentive effect of equity incentives among A-share listed companies
Xu Changsheng, Kong Lingwen, Ni Juan
    2018, 39(9): 93-101.
    Abstract ( 438 )
By the methods of OLS and Propensity Score Match (PSM), the effect of equity incentive on corporation innovation is tested based on the data of 2337 China's listed companies from 2009 to 2013. The results of different types of OLS regressions show that innovation tradition, profitability and debt capacity are the main factors that influence corporate innovation. Equity incentive does not inspire innovation significantly no matter tested by OLS or PSM. After changing the matching principles, investigating year by year, industry by industry, by different sizes or by different ownership types, we still find that the equity incentive has no significant effect on innovation. Equity incentive among A-share listed companies turns out to be a kind of welfare arrangement, measures should be taken to improve equity incentive.

    2018, 39(9): 113-120.
    Abstract ( 754 )
Under the tide of global technological revolution and industrial revolution, speeding up the integration of industrial chain, innovation chain, capital chain and service chain has become an important measure to promote industry innovation around the world. In China, how to effectively improve the level of innovation ecosystem through the "four chains" integration has become a difficult problem to be solved. Based on the industry competitive advantage theory, regional innovation theory, industrial chain, industrial clusters and other disciplines theory, This paper expounds the connotation and essence of the “four chain” from the perspective of technological innovation, interprets the internal relationship between "four chains" and the innovation ecosystem, analyzes the theoretical logic that the "four chains" promotes the improvement of the level of the innovation ecosystem, and constructs a "four chain" framework model. Through the study, we find that the essence of "four chains" integration is the deepening of cooperation among different creative subjects. It is through the development of "four chains" and the interaction of "four chains" that promote the improvement of the level of the innovation ecosystem. Finally, this paper analyzes the six basic laws of integration, and put forward three theoretical paths to promote the level of innovation ecosystem for reference.

Crossover administration of “Internet Plus” — The theory building based on value creation
    Zhao Zhen, Peng Hao
    2018, 39(9): 121-133.
    Abstract ( 484 )
"Internet plus" is the essence of "Crossover Administration" phenomenon for the Real economy and the Internet economy integration, and become the basic background of today's business model innovation. Despite there are numbers of outstanding researches, but most of them discuss the object from a local perspective to give "Internet plus" different connotations, resulting in the concept can not be specific in the theory and practice. It is therefore necessary to establish an integrated framework to define its meaning and dimensions. So, from value creation perspective, we establish a framework to characterize the logic about "Internet Plus". From our discussion, traditional industries should abandon the past value creation logic, through the "tuomei", customer community, the new trust mechanism to achieve value proposition precision, with the parallel interaction, value stores to change the nature of the product to seek a stronger external economy, and then via the principle of asset replacement, accumulation of information and the relationship to achieve the Linkage Dividend by guiding the principle of Metcalfe 's Law.

A study of the influence mechanism of entrepreneurial passion on entrepreneurial persistence
    2018, 39(9): 134-142.
    Abstract ( 337 )
Persistence is a key element for entrepreneurs to succeed in pursuit of their goals. We still don’t know too much about what makes some entrepreneurs persist in their venture efforts while others quit? We construct a theoretical model about the relationship among entrepreneurial passion, entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial persistence. We empirically examine the model and get following conclusions. Harmonious passion and obsessive passion are both positively associated with entrepreneurial persistence. The harmonious passion to persistence relationship is fully mediated by entrepreneurial self-efficacy, but the obsessive passion to persistence relationship is partially mediated. With the increase of previous entrepreneurial experience, the positive association between harmonious passion and entrepreneurial self-efficacy is increasing, but the positive association between obsessive passion and entrepreneurial self-efficacy is decreasing.

Xie Jun, Su Chenting, Zhou Nan
    2018, 39(9): 143-150.
    Abstract ( 375 )
In early stage, how entrepreneurs acquire venture capital through building media legitimation and how media legitimation is built by legitimacy strategies have attracted the attention of entrepreneurs and scholars. However, few empirical studies have been undertaken to explore the above mechanisms from the integrated perspective of entrepreneurs, media and venture capitalists. The paper investigates 217 entrepreneurs who found their Internet-based enterprises, and analyzes the relationship of legitimacy strategies and media legitimation, and the effects of media legitimation on venture capital acquisition. Moreover, the paper focuses on how entrepreneurs choose their legitimacy strategies, and the moderation effects of venture capitalists’ trust in media. The results suggest the entrepreneurs with higher media reputation have the incline to use financial media to achieve higher exposure; using financial media helps entrepreneurs to attain higher media legitimation; higher media legitimation is positively related to larger size of venture capital; and the extend of venture capitalists’ trust in media has the moderation effects on the relationship of media legitimation and venture capital acquisition.

A study of the driving factors and their mechanism of patent surge
Tan Long, Liu Yun, Chen Fengyun, Yan Zhe
    2018, 39(9): 151-158.
    Abstract ( 317 )
A 3-dimensional model, namely the Elements-Competence-Propensity Model, abbreviated as ECP model, is proposed which features in inclusiveness and systematicness in explaining patent surge issues. Any driving factor will exert an influence on patent growth via, at least, one of the 3 dimensions. Based on the ECP model, the driving paths and mechanisms of various factors on patent growth are revealed by means of the System Mechanics Method. An important implication of this paper is that, a good or health policy should start from improvement of elements input or/and innovation competence, rather than enhancement of patent propensity unilaterally.
