    Abstract ( 1568 )   PDF (1538KB) ( 2223 )
With patent quantity and GDP data, the author researched the quantitative relation between patent quantity, which is an output index of technological innovation, and Gross Domestic Product, which stands for the economic output of one country or region. Based on the analysis and calculation of 5 years data (from 1999 to 2003) of 31 provinces/cites of China, the author found out there is a strong correlation (the fitting correlation coefficient is 0.9434) between patent output and GDP of provinces/cites. This is a fractal, quantitative power function relation. In this article, the author discussed about the properties and meaning of this fractal, as well as the method of applying this quantitative relation for analyzing the technological innovation level and efficiency of region, and predicted its patent quantity and vice versa.

    Abstract ( 1538 )   PDF (924KB) ( 1995 )
Most of the members of OECD have the experiences of three different R&D funded modes: the era of science policy, the era of S&T policy and the era of technology innovation policy. The leading thought of knowledge production turns from "leading knowledge" to "knowledge creating wealth". The new mode of knowledge production becomes the necessary trend. It means that the old technology policy will bring risk to the government if the government still uses the old policy tools and organizes to arrange S&T policy. The government has to regulate the R&D funded construction and mode through inspiring the private company to enhance R&D input.

Achievements of science & technology on the basis of informatization have brought about great changes of manufacturing. Basing on development practice of Zhejiang manufacturing, the paper manifested some facts of impact of technology-intensive industries upon manufacturing competitiveness. The adjustment of industrial structure of manufacturing in the Zhejiang province has been carrying out by mainly two ways, one is expanding of technology-intensive industries, and another is improving tradition industries by high technology. Technology-intensive industries have the visible action of pull on industrial effectiveness of manufacturing, but the action of pull has been slowing down recently other years. From the view of effect of industry relevance, the impact coefficient of technology-intensive industries are higher than that of other each industry, and industrial chain of technology-intensive industries are long enough to impact the development of other industries. On the other hand, the induction coefficient of technology-intensive industries has been ascending to the extent since 1987, and the action of restriction of technology-intensive industries on national economy and manufacturing is coming strengthened. From the view of effect of resources allocation, although the ratio of technology-intensive industries in the manufacturing isn't very high at present, the effect of resources allocation of technology-intensive industries is powerful, and is coming more powerful.

At first, this paper defines knowledge damage. Then the factors, which lead the formation of knowledge damage, are analyzed. Based on these, some measures to reduce knowledge damage are provided. We expect the means will promote the knowledge being transferred successfully.

A study on ERP implement path based on business process reengineering
    Liu Chun-lin, Peng Ji-sheng
    2006, 27(2): 128-132.
    Abstract ( 1390 )   PDF (938KB) ( 2049 )
There are two viewpoints about ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) implement in a corporation. The first viewpoint insists that the corporation must completely accept the standard management model offered by the ERP system; the other, which contradicts the first one, insists that the ERP system should adapt to the handwork process. This paper considers that these methods will result in the puzzle of simulating handwork process and passively adapting systems. Therefore, we propose a new idea: the implement of ERP should start from strategy by using the business process reengineering, adapt the organization and culture, reengineer the key business process, and build up the ERP system consisting with the strategy, organization, culture and process.
