Yu Haiyun, Zhao Zengyao, Li Xiaozhong, Wang Lei
    2015, 36(3): 13-20.
    Abstract ( 1326 )
In the FDI-embedded industrial clusters, the phenomenon that technical or management staffs of foreign-funded enterprises resigning to start a business has become more and more common. Achieving FDI knowledge through enterprises derivation will become an important part of domestic-funded enterprises' knowledge innovation. This paper systematically studies the mechanism and influencing factors of FDI knowledge transfer under the influence of enterprises derivation. The empirical results from Tobit Model show that enterprises derivation plays an important role in FDI knowledge transfer and especially promotes invisible knowledge transfer. Further, through comparative researches on enterprise derivation and the employee turnover samples, we find that the knowledge innovation performance in enterprises derivation sample is significantly better than that in the staff turnover sample, which further proves the promoting effect of enterprises derivation on FDI knowledge transfer.

Zhang Zhengang, Chen Zhiming, Li Yunjian
    2015, 36(3): 49-56.
    Abstract ( 1680 )
Currently, open innovation has become a research frontier in the field of international enterprise technology innovation management, but related theoretical and empirical research about the relationship between open innovation, absorptive capacity and innovation performance is still insufficient. Based on the survey study of 119 enterprises in Southern China, the paper aims to explore this issue. Some interesting findings appear. First, both of inbound open innovation and outbound open innovation have significant positive effect on innovation performance. Second, realized absorptive capacity plays a complete mediating role on the relationship between inbound open innovation and innovation performance, as well as on the relationship between outbound open innovation and innovation performance. Third, potential absorptive capacity negatively moderates the impact of inbound open innovation on innovation performance. On the contrary, it positively moderates the impact of outbound open innovation on innovation performance.

    Chen Kunyu
    2015, 36(3): 64-70.
    Abstract ( 1172 )
The financing selections of listed companies in innovation projects may be clearly different from other projects due to the former's larger risk, and these financing selections may be reflected in leverage. In addition, the relation between leverage and growth may affected by investment opportunity signal produced by technological innovation. By selecting randomly 592 Listed Companies on the basis of industries composition in China as samples and ten years from 2001 to 2010 as testing period, this paper divides the period into two sub-periods by 2007 since accounting regulations greatly changed this year, and then test how technological innovation affect financing, and how leverage affect growth on the condition of different technological innovation levels. The results show that stronger firms in technological innovation are more likely to increase newly retained earnings, and their leverage is lower. But the evidence about the effect of technological innovation on relation between leverage and growth cannot be found.

Regional legal protection and enterprise innovation
Gao Jie, Xu Mingli, Kong Dongmin
    2015, 36(3): 92-102.
    Abstract ( 1117 )
Based on regional index of market intermediary organization development and legal environment, and by means of manually collecting the patent data of listed companies, the research focused on the influence of regional legal protection on enterprise innovation by constructing the Tobit regression model. We found out that the protection of intellectual property rightsand the market organization service conditions significantly promoted enterprise innovation, which means that legal protection provides incentives for enterprise innovation; for state-owned companies, the effect of lawyers, accountants and other market organization service conditions on enterprise innovation is not obvious. That is to say, the state-owned enterprises have resources superiority in market service and are less subject to the constraints aspect; in the low degree of social trust, enterprise innovation depends on legal protection to a greater degree. This reflects the important role of the formal system of market development in the lack of social capital.

Wang Bo, Liu Shengbo, Ding Kun, Liu Zeyuan
    2015, 36(3): 111-117.
    Abstract ( 1600 )
Topic model is an effective modeling method for extracting implied themes in large-scale text. In this paper, Latent Dirichlet Allocation(LDA) topic model is introduced to patent content analysis for patent theme extraction, which solves the problems in previous patent subject classification, such problems as too rough classifications, lack of time-effectiveness and scientific nature, etc. And then, based on the original LDA model, an extended institution-topic model is developed in this paper. By joint modeling of patent subject and object, the internal relationships between patent themes and corresponding institutions is identified. Finally, a case study is carried out in the LTE technology of the telecommunication industry, and it is found out that these models can be used effectively for patent subject classification and identifying competition situation of patent subjects under each corresponding theme.

Pollution heterogeneity, optimal environmental regulation intensity and production technical progress
Zhang Cheng, Guo Bingnan, Yu Tongshen
    2015, 36(3): 138-144.
    Abstract ( 1273 )
Based on the panel data of 18 industrialsectors 1996-2011, this paper analyzes three kinds of change rate of environmental regulation intensity's effects towards the change rate of production technological progress from the perspective of change rate by using panel threshold technology. The results show that: (1) the influences of the change rate of exhaust gas, waste water and solid waste's environmental regulation intensity towards the change rate of production technological progress all has two thresholds. Only a proper change rate of environmental regulation intensity can lead to a desired change rate of production technological progress. But there are quite differences in the thresholds of the change rate of such three kinds of environmental regulation intensity, and the optimal change rates are (14.93%,53.18%], (16.96%,37.75%] and (32.90%,48.11%] respectively; (2) in the change rate of exhaust gas and waste water's environmental regulation intensity, 8 and 4 sectors are at a reasonable level, and the remaining 10 and 14 sectors are below reasonable level; as to solid waste, 2 sectors are at a reasonable level, 9 sectors are below reasonable level, and the remaining 7 sectors are higher than reasonable level. Hence, in order to achieve a "win-win" situation between environmental protection and production technological progress, different environmental regulation intensity should be used according to different pollutants of various industries.

Zhang Weiwei, Cui Weijun, Shan Haiyan
    2015, 36(3): 152-160.
    Abstract ( 1089 )
Open encyclopedia, the most important reference source on Internet, has attracted large-scale participation of contributors; however, it lacks systematically automatic assessment on credibility of user contribution behaviors. Using trust computing for reference, the paper put forward an assessment approach based on indirect feedback, which used clausal text analysis method and took editing history records as data source to design some quantifiable assessment indexes such as feedback values between users and the ratio of remainder to original. It designed an algorithm process step by step to accomplish systematically automatic assessment on credibility of user contribution behaviors. The empirical analysis based on Wikipedia open source data indicates the feasibility of our assessment approach and the practical significance of the assessment results.
