An evaluation, evolution and exploration about theinnovation capability development of the strategic emerging industry

Abstract

Abstract: On the basis of the index system of Oslo Manual and by use of the grey fuzzy evaluation method andthekernel density analysis method, this research made an evaluation to the strategic emerging industries' innovation capability and made an in-depth exploration of its inner evolution rules and their application in the strategic emerging industries. And the research found out that the strategic emerging industries' innovation capability development is a worm-like compound movement which consists of five steps:probes in Area I, fluctuates in Area II,undulates in Area III,shrinks in Area IV, and gathers in Area V, and the movement is verified in the strategic emerging industry development in Xi'an, laying a sound foundation in the research of the strategic emerging industry innovation capability development.
