A research on the enhancing mechanism to synergy innovation capability of technology-based SMEs
    Yu Weizhen, Yu Kejian
    2018, 39(3): 1-10.
    Abstract ( 584 )
The network and knowledge have become the key to improving the synergistic innovative capability (SIC), and this paper explores the differences between networks of different attributes and enhancement of SIC by knowledge. Based on the systematic literature review, a theoretical model is put forward involving the relationships among synergistic innovative network (SIN),knowledge integration (KI) and SIC. Using the multiple regression and structural equation and the mediation effect testing method, it tests empirically the theory model. The empirical findings based on 198 Technology-based SMES from Zhejiang province suggest that heterogeneous network and homogenous network can enhance SIC for SMEs, but the effect of the former is significantly greater than the latter. Heterogeneous knowledge integration plays a full mediating role between heterogeneous networks and SIC. Moreover, homogeneous knowledge integration plays a partial mediating role between homogeneous network and SIC.

    2018, 39(3): 11-19.
    Abstract ( 792 )
The high-tech enterprise, which is knowledge-intensive and technology-intensive, is not only a necessary element to promote the development of economy and society, but also plays an important role in national development. According to the characteristics of technological innovation of high-tech enterprises as well as the time lag effect, we construct the two-stage input-output index system of technological innovation of high-tech enterprises. Then we evaluate the two-stage performance by using the two-stage DEA model. Through the evaluation of the technological innovation performance of high-tech enterprises in 27 regions of China from 2012 to 2015, this paper comprehensively analyzes the efficiency of the high-tech enterprises in the technology research stage and technology transform stage. It is found that from the perspective of technological innovation level, there is a big gap among the high-tech enterprises in our country. Moreover, the high-tech enterprises in most areas tend to focus on the intermediate achievements and ignore the commercialization of production. Therefore, aimed at the differences of technological innovation of enterprises in different regions, we need to put forward more targeted measures. The research results provide a tool for a more objective evaluation of the technological innovation level of high-tech enterprises in different regions in China. Meanwhile, they also provide a decision-making basis for formulating the corresponding high-tech enterprise technological innovation policies.

Dynamic evolution of the IT product trade growth factors between China and the United States
    Wang Yurong, Wu Gang
    2018, 39(3): 20-28.
    Abstract ( 433 )
China and the United States are important IT production and trading powers in the world, and their bilateral trade has developed very rapidly. Based on the revised CMS model, this paper decomposes the IT product trade growth factors between China and the United States from 1997 to 2014. The findings are as follows: first, export price competitiveness effect is the major trade growth factor between China and the United States, and manufacturing cost gap tends to narrow; second, market demand effect continues to enhance but demand strongest in China than the United States; and third, export structure effect is low or even negative as a result of the dislocation of export structure and market demand, which restricts the growth of trade between the two countries. The conclusions of this paper not only deepen and enrich the theory of international trade, but also reveal the future direction of China’s IT industry competitive advantage. It has a guiding significance to enhance the IT products trade quality and expand trade scale between China and the United States.

    2018, 39(3): 29-36.
    Abstract ( 421 )
To enhance the adaptability of product family design under mass customization, based on the analysis of customer needs, this paper analyzes the functional requirements of the products and divides them into three categories. Based on the axiom design and general design theory, it also describes the functional structure concept with the meta-model, and proposes the functional requirements modeling and analysis method for adaptability oriented product platform, which transforms customer demand for products into functional requirements of the product, forms functional concept space, select the appropriate structural concepts and combines them into a structural concept space. Then, according to the function-structure mapping, it establishes and rearranges the design matrix, which determines the design parameters of various types of product platform by analyzing the correspondence between functional requirements and design parameters and their sensitivity. Finally, by taking the power-driven hydraulic disc brake as an example, this paper illustrates the functional requirements modeling and analysis process of the product platform.

Tax incentives and independent innovation of enterprises from the perspective of financial constraints
    Wang Chunyuan, Ye Weiwei
    2018, 39(3): 37-44.
    Abstract ( 536 )
The independent innovation of enterprises is influenced by financial constraints and tax incentives. It has important value that to study the impact of tax incentives on the incentive effect of independent innovation from the perspective of financial constraints is helpful to reexamine and improve the tax preferential policies in the field of innovation and alleviate the pressure of enterprise financial, and finally to stimulate the potential of independent innovation. The author analyzes the influence of tax preferential policies on the independent innovation of enterprises by DID method. The study shows that China's listed companies generally face the difficulties of financial constraints, and there are obvious areas, ownership and industry differences. The double tax preferential policies have the inhibitory effect on the independent innovation of the enterprise. The negative effect of the financial constraints will offset or even exceed the positive effect of the tax preference on the independent innovation of the enterprise, which makes the adjustment of the tax preferential policy difficult to produce the expected positive innovation effect. Accordingly put forward the corresponding countermeasures and solutions.

Li Changqing, Li Xin, Lu Jian
    2018, 39(3): 59-68.
    Abstract ( 553 )
This paper extends the theory of learning-by-exporting effect to the field of green productivity, and studies the nonlinear effects of learning-by-exporting on enterprises’ green productivity. This paper explores the threshold effect of learning-by-exporting on green productivity through panel quantile regression and panel threshold regression model by using the data of China’s manufacturing enterprises. The results show that the effects of learning-by-exporting on green productivity are positive, and there are three thresholds effects of learning-by-exporting on green productivity. Learning-by-Exporting effect on green productivity show a typical Kuznets inverted "U-shaped curve which increases first and decreases then during both benchmark and robustness tests. This reflects the enterprises can improve their green productivity in a nonlinear mode through the learning-by-exporting effect.

    2018, 39(3): 69-79.
    Abstract ( 461 )
The establishment of free trade zone (FTZ) by China is to further expand the need for opening up to the outside world and to speed up its integration with the rest of the world. Thus, the dividends brought by FTZ will promote reform, and enhance the growth of the national economy, social development and industrial restructuring and upgrading. Therefore, the opening level of FTZ has become a hot research area. In this paper, such four FTZs as Tianjin, Shanghai, Fujian and Guangdong have been taken as the research object, and the FTZ opening level evaluation indicator system shall be established from such six dimensions as economic support, opening to the outside world, domestic development, traffic and transport, scientific research and education, and infrastructural support, includes 25 indicators. First, the comprehensive score for the opening up of each FTZ is calculated with the PCA-TOPSIS Model, and then such scores are ranked and analyzed accordingly, and some suggestions are made to improve the opening level of the FTZ in China. The analysis results show that in the four free trade zones, the ranking for the opening level of the FTZ is Guangdong, Shanghai, Tianjin and Fujian from highest to the lowest.

Management gender, institutional environment and CSR decisions of enterprises
    Xu Xixiong, Li Yaoqin
    2018, 39(3): 80-89.
    Abstract ( 690 )
Based on the theory of business ethics and gender role differences, this study examines the impact of management gender on CSR decisions. Using the methods of multivariate regression, two-stage least squares regression and generalized moment regression, the data taken from Chinese listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen stock exchanges between 2010 and 2013 indicates that management gender exerts a significant influence on CSR decisions. Firms with female CEO or higher ratio of female executives are more likely to improve the quality of CSR. Furthermore, institutional environment significantly moderates the relationship between female executives and CSR. That is to say, the positive effect of female executives on CSR in regions with stronger institutional environment is more significant than that in regions with weaker institutional environment. This study expands the theoretical cognition of business ethics and corporate social responsibility, and enriches the literatures of female executives’ decision-making.

    Zhou Xiaolan,Li Zhen,Zhang Tiqin
    2018, 39(3): 90-100.
    Abstract ( 496 )
As a motivation tendency, achievement goal orientation(AGO)is a stable trait of individual personality and has its unstable situational characteristics meanwhile. Due to distinct cognitive structures of different AGO, individuals possess different levels of intention of explicit knowledge sharing (IKS1) and tacit knowledge sharing(IKS2), and Individual-based performance appraisal(IPA) as a common situational factor plays an important role in moderating the main effect. On the basis of the hierarchical regression on the data of 678 employee from 51 companies, the empirical results show that both mastery goal orientation(AGO1) and achievement approach goal orientation(AGO2) has positive effect on IKS1 and IKS2, and the positive effect of AGO1 is stronger; As the IPA goes up, the main effects of AGO1 and AGO2 gradually go down; achievement avoidance goal orientation(AGO3) has negative effect on IKS1 and IKS2; as IPA goes up, AGO3-IKS2 goes down, but no moderating effect of IPA is found on AGO3-IKS1.

Dynamic evolution mechanism of business models:A multi-case content analysis based on the Internet industry
    Zhang Xinxiang, Hu Lijun
    2018, 39(3): 110-121.
    Abstract ( 520 )
Founded on the definition, this paper makes up a comprehensive framework for business model. According to the development process of five case enterprises, we collect the news documents about them separately. Then we conduct a content analysis on the documents to explore the evolution path and evolution rules of business model in internet industry. The results show that there are three stages in the process of business model development. Value proposition, value realization, value creation and delivery turn their leading position during the procedure. Enterprises try to realize customer value in the first stages, firm value in the second stage and network value in the third stage. The three-stage model agrees well with the enterprise life cycle. In addition, the constructs of business model also show dynamic evolution characteristics. This study tries to open the black box of business model structure, develops the design theory of business model from static perspective to dynamic views as well as provides practical suggestions for internet industry development.

The enterprising R&D activities and the earnings management- The adaptive behavior of micro-enterprises to macroeconomic policies in China
    Du Rui, Li Yanxi
    2018, 39(3): 122-131.
    Abstract ( 437 )
Using the data of A-share listed companies in SSE and SZSE from 2008 to 2014, this paper verified the stimulation and trigger mechanism from the earnings management by enterprise R&D, and tried to discuss the adaptive behavior of micro-enterprises to macroeconomic policies in the view of earnings management. We find that the enterprise R&D investment stimulates the enterprise earning management, and the bigger the enterprise earning management is made, the more financial and tax support the enterprises will obtain, and the enterprise with higher R&D investment will have higher degree of sensitivity. We also find that greater R&D intensity has a stronger positive effect on earnings management on governmental subsidy (tax preference). However, the earnings management does not affect the promoting role to the value of the enterprise.
