    Sun Yonglei1, Song Jing1, Xie Yongping2
    2016, 37(8): 1-7.
    Abstract ( 989 )
As the basic elements of the network behavior, network routines can be considered the core elements to maintain and coordinate the technological innovation network. On the basis of the related literature, the Inter-organizational trust can be classified into the cognitive-based trust and the emotional-based trust, and divided into four different contexts. We construct the theoretical hypotheses between regulatory focus and network routines. We use the actual data of the process of the innovation cooperation in our country, and do an empirical test with the help of SPSS17.0. The whole research shows that regulatory focus has different influences on the network routines in different contexts. In the contexts of high cognitive-based trust and emotional-based trust, the regulatory focus has positive impact on the degree of network routines. The conclusion is very important to further improve the enterprise cooperation innovation theories and to improve the cooperation performance of technology innovation network.

Mechanism of a curvilinear effect between external knowledge heterogeneity and innovation performance: A view from knowledge reconfiguration and absorptive capacity
    Ye Jiangfeng1, Ren Hao2, Hao Bin3
    2016, 37(8): 8-17.
    Abstract ( 1015 )
Though the inverse U-shaped relationship between external knowledge heterogeneity(KH) and firm innovation performance has been tested by many scholars recently, few quantitative studies on the endogenous mechanism and reason of the inverse U-shaped relationship between the two have been done. Using a survey data of 261 firms from innovation-intensive industries in east China, this study provides evidence of the inverse U-shaped relationship between the two by introducing two variables of knowledge reconfiguration and absorptive capacity. The empirical research results show external KH exists both the value of knowledge reconfiguration and the trouble of absorbing and transferring. In addition, we find external KH influences innovation performance through two opposite mediating mechanisms which are named knowledge reconfiguration and absorptive capacity. This study deepens our understanding regarding to the intrinsic mechanisms between external KH and innovation performance, and further develops the study of existing literature in this field.

    2016, 37(8): 48-57.
    Abstract ( 1000 )
Abstract: In order to cover the losses of lenders after cancelling the platform guaranty in P2P lending industry, this paper extends the research perspective to the phase of reimbursement and explores the factors affecting defaulter repayment. By using loan default historical data on ppdai.com from 2007 to 2014, this paper emphasis on discussing how the factors of financing availability and the type of defaulter impact the recovery treatment mechanism after default, then conduct an empirical study of the financing availability factors and the defaulter types which effect on default borrows repayment basing on time-serials data and Logit model. The empirical results show that (1) demographic properties and borrowing history, such as male, source of income and loan Amounts, have positive significant effects on repayment, which means the effect of financing availability on repayment after default have been verified partially; (2) Financial determinants is better than credit determinants to identify the P2P defaulter loans that can be recovered, indicating that it’s easier for defaulters to repayment when they are confront of financial distress.(3) Default type has an important impact on repayment after default, which leads the defaulters who have different willingness to repay the loans to be divided into "strategic type" and "financial type". Financial capability is the key factors influencing the financial defaulters reimbursement,as well as the communication channels created by information certification is the main way to recover from strategic defaulters.

Research on patent strategic choices and the output effect of alliance firms: from technological acquisition’s aspect
    Jiang Binbin, Kuang Haibo
    2016, 37(8): 67-75.
    Abstract ( 862 )
Technology acquisition is one of the reasons why most firms choose to establish or participate in strategic alliances, which greatly enhance firms’ innovative performance. However, the influencing mechanism of firms’ technology acquisition to innovative outputs is rather a complex process. Based on existing researches, this paper brings patent strategies to construct the analytical framework of “technology acquisition-choice of patent strategy-innovative performance”, in hope to investigate how technology acquisition affects the choice of patent strategies, and their mutual effects on firms’ innovative performance. Taken firms attending IT industry strategic alliances as samples, we find that: alliance motivation of technology acquisition lead the firms to choose and implement a certain combination of patent strategies, which then enhance the transformation from technology acquisition to innovative performance, although innovative performance differs according to the alliance motivation and the strategic combination. Set market access as the performance goal, both firms’ innovative efficiency and patent outputs tend to increase, while when attempting to market extension, market capitalization or market opportunity would be consolidated.

Xu Yun, Luo Chuan, Wu Jing, Liu Ling
    2016, 37(8): 94-102.
    Abstract ( 756 )
Industry E-business standards (IES) facilitate B2B E-business among organizations significantly in recent years. This paper examines how industry consortium could use different promotion strategies to influence the diffusion and benefits of IES. Based on a survey of 216 organizations that use RosettaNet standards, we conduct empirical analysis using structural equation modeling method. The empirical results show that relationship, policies, and technology strategies significantly affect IES diffusion except marketing strategy. Further, we find that the depth of IES diffusion increases both operation and strategic benefits that organization could obtain. On the other hand, the breadth of IES diffusion increases strategic benefits, but lowers operation benefits that organization could obtain.

    2016, 37(8): 113-122.
    Abstract ( 823 )
Based on a survey data of 635 high-tech enterprises in Zhejiang province, this paper empirically tested the determinants of science and technology insurance (S&T insurance). The results indicate that: firstly, managerial risk appetite and risk perception can directly affect the needs of S&T insurance. Specifically, risk preference will reduce the need of S&T insurance, while risk perception will increase it. Secondly, board governance is effective for enterprise risk management, the higher the proportion of independent directors, the stronger the willingness to purchase S&T insurance. Third, risk perception is a mediator between board independence and willingness to purchase S&T insurance, while the mediating effect of risk appetite is insignificant.

An empirical study of energy consumption, carbon emissions and economic growth based on the ARDL Model from 1970 to 2010 in China
    Zheng Yi, Qin Bingtao
    2016, 37(8): 130-139.
    Abstract ( 1193 )
This paper examined the cointegration and the causal relationship between economic growth, carbon emissions, energy consumption, labour and capital in China for the period 1970–2010 by applying the cointegration approach developed by Pesaran et al.(2001) and using the modi?ed version of the Granger causality test proposed by Toda and Yamamoto (1995). Our empirical results suggest that there was a short-run relationship between the variables with a positive and a signi?cant relationship between capital and economic growth and between labour and economic growth, but the effect of energy consumption and carbon emissions on economic growth is not signi?cant. we found a long-run relationship among the variables with a positive and a statistically signi?cant relationship between capital and economic growth, but the effect of energy consumption, labour and carbon emissions on economic growth is not signi?cant. Further, applying a modi?ed version of the Granger causality test we also found a bi-directional causality running from carbon emissions to economic growth and from energy consumption to economic growth all with a feedback,And we also found a unidirectional causality running from energy consumption to carbon emissions without a feedback. The econometric evidence suggests that China has to sacri?ce economic growth or reduce its energy consumption per unit of output or both in order to reduce carbon emissions.however, the government of China can purse conservative energy policy and carbon emissions reduction policy in the long run without impeding economic growth.

Synergy Mechanism in University Research Administration Based on Business Process Reengineering
    Zheng Aiping, Zhang Dongliang
    2016, 37(8): 140-145.
    Abstract ( 1010 )
The article focuses on the problems in the research administration of Chinese universities, such as the separation of administrative function, the lack of performance evaluation and the lag of process management. By introducing the BPR - Business Process Reengineering - theory, we rethink the Process Reengineering of universities’ research administration from three aspects: administrative ideas, organizational structures and management approaches. Finally, we propose a model of practice based on modern management ideas and information technology, which takes process reengineering as the main body and targets on achieving the vertical (faculty groups) and horizontal (administration department) linkage, to build a new three-dimensional, comprehensive and non-blind-spot network of synergy mechanism in research administration for today’s universities.
