Abstract:     Abstract: Based on the characteristics analysis of the design and production processes of complex products and the organization of supply chain system in a cluster, a relevant two-stage organizationmode of supply chain system, which can meet the requirements ofdesign, production, and serviceof complex products in the cluster is proposed. According to the degree of integration, the organization mode of supply chain system in the cluster are divided into the four types, they are strategy level, project level, special product level, and process level. The four types are described and discussed, respectively. Anapplication case of this mode is provided as experimental evidence at the end.
