The relationship between organizational factor satisfaction and organizationalcommitment made by the professional managers

Abstract: The turnover making by key professional manager usually brings great loss to the enterprise. Therefore it is significant to study the organizational commitment made by the professional managers. It is found that the organizational factor satisfaction is positively related to organizational commitment made by professional managers by analyzing the 207 samples. The organizational trust of professional managers only plays a partial mediated role in the relationship between the organizational factor satisfaction and their affective commitment; however its mediative role in the relationship between organizational factor satisfaction and continuous commitment is insignificant. The occupational commitment plays a moderator role to the relationship between organizational factor satisfaction and their organizational commitment. At the end, some advices to promote the organizational commitment made by professional managers are discussed.
